  2. Your Local Union 71 monthly meeting is the Fourth Tuesday of every month at
    5:30 p.m. The meeting is held at the Union Hall located at 5125 Kelly Highway

connected to the benefit/eligibility department.

REMEMBER: To file a claim for the reimbursement of medication, please use the
medical form. There are no prescription reimbursement forms.
