Local Union 1836 Carpenters Important Facts to Remember |
- Monthly dues are $35.00 per month without the Special Death Benefit and
$35.50 with the Special Death Benefit. Dues are due the 1st of every
month. - If you were not informed of the Special Death Benefit offered by Union
1836 please call 479-968-1724 for information. - Your Local Union 1836 monthly meeting is the 1st Monday of every month
at 6 p.m. The meeting is held at the Union Hall located at 1407 S.
Knoxville Ave. in Russellville. - Please remember to call and put your name on the Work Referral Line if
you are not working. (1-866-865-2084 toll free) - Make sure you transfer your benefits. Call the local office if you
have questions. - If you have questions regarding your insurance benefits please refer to the
grey booklet you were given at the time of registration. You may also all

or ask to be connected to the benefit/eligibility department.
REMEMBER: To file a claim for the reimbursement of medication, please use
the medical form. There are no prescription reimbursement forms.
